Median home prices in Windsor fell to $274,100 in December 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2018 in Windsor fell by $39,300 while total sales increased by 10%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2018, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $274,100 - a 12.5% decrease over the $313,400 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Windsor in December 2017.

The median sales tax in Windsor for 2018 was $4,730. In 2017, the median sales tax was $4,399. This marks an increase of 7.5%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.7%.
