November 2018: Home prices in Cambridge fell

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Cambridge fell by $3,501 while total sales decreased by 44.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $94,800 - a 3.6% decrease over the $98,301 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Cambridge in November 2017.

The median sales tax in Cambridge for 2018 was $3,504. In 2017, the median sales tax was $3,603. This marks an decrease of 2.7%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 3.7%.
