November 2018: Marshall experienced a 26.7% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Marshall rose by $40,000 while total sales decreased by 57.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $189,900 - a 26.7% increase over the $149,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Marshall in November 2017.

The median sales tax in Marshall for 2018 was $3,715. In 2017, the median sales tax was $3,806. This marks an decrease of 2.4%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2%.
