Deerfield median home prices rose by 13.8% in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Deerfield rose by $28,500 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $235,000 - a 13.8% increase over the $206,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Deerfield in November 2017.

The median sales tax in Deerfield for 2018 was $3,836. In 2017, the median sales tax was $3,918. This marks an decrease of 2.1%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.6%.
