Pricing for the median home in DeForest increased during November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in DeForest rose by $23,250 while total sales decreased by 10%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $250,000 - a 10.3% increase over the $226,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in DeForest in November 2017.

The median sales tax in DeForest for 2018 was $4,417. In 2017, the median sales tax was $4,130. This marks an increase of 6.9%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.8%.
