Pricing for the median home in Shorewood Hills increased during November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Shorewood Hills rose by $519,000 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,100,000 - a 89.3% increase over the $581,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Shorewood Hills in November 2017.
