Median home prices in Cambridge rose to $184,900 in October 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2018 in Cambridge rose by $42,900 while total sales increased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2018, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $184,900 - a 30.2% increase over the $142,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Cambridge in October 2017.

The median sales tax in Cambridge for 2018 was $3,504. In 2017, the median sales tax was $3,603. This marks an decrease of 2.7%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.9%.
