Pricing for the median home in Middleton increased during October 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2018 in Middleton rose by $96,750 while total sales increased by 61.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2018, there were 58 homes sold, with a median sale price of $364,500 - a 36.1% increase over the $267,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 36 homes sold in Middleton in October 2017.
