Home prices decreased in Deerfield during September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Deerfield fell by $20,800 while total sales decreased by 44.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $173,000 - a 10.7% decrease over the $193,800 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Deerfield in September 2017.

The median sales tax in Deerfield for 2018 was $3,836. In 2017, the median sales tax was $3,918. This marks an decrease of 2.1%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.2%.
