Pricing for the median home in Belleville increased during September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Belleville rose by $53,200 while total sales decreased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $231,200 - a 29.9% increase over the $178,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Belleville in September 2017.
