The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Dane fell by $63,298 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $276,603 - a 18.6% decrease over the $339,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Dane in September 2017.
