McFarland home prices rose in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in McFarland rose by $12,350 while total sales increased by 5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $280,000 - a 4.6% increase over the $267,650 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in McFarland in September 2017.
