Home prices increased in Waunakee during September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Waunakee rose by $93,350 while total sales decreased by 27.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were 32 homes sold, with a median sale price of $371,600 - a 33.5% increase over the $278,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 44 homes sold in Waunakee in September 2017.
