How did home prices perform in Black Earth during August 2018?

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in Black Earth rose by $43,800 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $184,000 - a 31.2% increase over the $140,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Black Earth in August 2017.
