Marshall home prices fell in August 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in Marshall fell by $10,500 while total sales increased by 44.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $205,000 - a 4.9% decrease over the $215,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Marshall in August 2017.
