August 2018: Mazomanie experienced a 30.8% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in Mazomanie rose by $51,075 while total sales remained unchanged with six homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $216,925 - a 30.8% increase over the $165,850 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Mazomanie in August 2017, as well.
