Median home prices in Stoughton rose to $214,400 in July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in Stoughton rose by $11,900 while total sales increased by 35.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were 46 homes sold, with a median sale price of $214,400 - a 5.9% increase over the $202,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 34 homes sold in Stoughton in July 2017.
