Median home prices in Black Earth rose to $206,000 in May 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2018 in Black Earth rose by $81,000 while total sales remained unchanged with seven homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2018, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $206,000 - a 64.8% increase over the $125,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Black Earth in May 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in Black Earth for 2018 was $3,206. In 2017, the median sales tax was $3,294. This marks an decrease of 2.6%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.6%.
