Home prices decreased in Windsor during April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Windsor fell by $107,700 while total sales increased by 85%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were 37 homes sold, with a median sale price of $169,800 - a 38.8% decrease over the $277,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Windsor in April 2017.

The median sales tax in Windsor for 2018 was $4,730. In 2017, the median sales tax was $4,399. This marks an increase of 7.5%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.8%.
