Marshall home prices rose in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Marshall rose by $66,900 while total sales decreased by 18.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $224,900 - a 42.3% increase over the $158,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Marshall in April 2017.
