McFarland home prices rose in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in McFarland rose by $57,300 while total sales decreased by 31.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $321,550 - a 21.7% increase over the $264,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in McFarland in April 2017.
