Pricing for the median home in Waunakee increased during March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Waunakee rose by $1,130 while total sales decreased by 27%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $337,250 - a 0.3% increase over the $336,120 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 37 homes sold in Waunakee in March 2017.
