Median home prices in Belgium rose to $259,000 in March 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2021 in Belgium rose by $38,100 while total sales remained unchanged with five homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $259,000 - a 17.2% increase over the $220,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Belgium in March 2020, as well.
