Home prices decreased in Belgium during January 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2021 in Belgium fell by $8,950 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2021, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $189,050 - a 4.5% decrease over the $198,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Belgium in January 2020.
