Median home prices in Belgium rose to $223,950 in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Belgium rose by $35,150 while total sales decreased by 55.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $223,950 - a 18.6% increase over the $188,800 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Belgium in November 2017.

The median sales tax in Belgium for 2018 was $3,270. In 2017, the median sales tax was $3,144. This marks an increase of 4%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.5%.
