Pricing for the median home in Fredonia increased during October 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2018 in Fredonia rose by $1,650 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $228,100 - a 0.7% increase over the $226,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Fredonia in October 2017.
