Rising home prices in Belgium in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Belgium rose by $7,450 while total sales decreased by 81.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $198,450 - a 3.9% increase over the $191,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Belgium in September 2017.

The median sales tax in Belgium for 2018 was $3,270. In 2017, the median sales tax was $3,144. This marks an increase of 4%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.6%.
