Fredonia median home prices rose by 17.9% in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Fredonia rose by $34,000 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $223,450 - a 17.9% increase over the $189,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Fredonia in September 2017.
