Belgium home prices fell in July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in Belgium fell by $28,650 while total sales decreased by 30%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $162,300 - a 15% decrease over the $190,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Belgium in July 2017.

The median sales tax in Belgium for 2018 was $3,270. In 2017, the median sales tax was $3,144. This marks an increase of 4%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2%.
