Fredonia home prices rose in June 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2018 in Fredonia rose by $59,550 while total sales increased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2018, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $280,000 - a 27% increase over the $220,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Fredonia in June 2017.

The median sales tax in Fredonia for 2018 was $3,089. In 2017, the median sales tax was $2,920. This marks an increase of 5.8%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.1%.
