Median home prices in Fredonia rose to $199,000 in May 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2018 in Fredonia rose by $77,650 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $199,000 - a 64% increase over the $121,350 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Fredonia in May 2017.
