Belgium median home prices rose by 35.4% in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Belgium rose by $49,950 while total sales increased by 175%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $191,000 - a 35.4% increase over the $141,050 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Belgium in September 2016.

The median sales tax in Belgium for 2017 was $3,144. In 2016, the median sales tax was $2,896. This marks an increase of 8.6%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.6%.
