Median home prices in Belgium fell to $160,000 in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Belgium fell by $4,450 while total sales increased by 175%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $160,000 - a 2.7% decrease over the $164,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Belgium in June 2016.

The median sales tax in Belgium for 2017 was $3,144. In 2016, the median sales tax was $2,896. This marks an increase of 8.6%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2%.
