City of West Bend issued the following announcement on June 14.
Soil borings will be performed along Rusco Drive between Main Street and River Road, all day on Tuesday, June 14, 2022, starting at approximately 7 a.m. Those borings are performed to assess the condition of the road base, in order to plan for repaving in the near future. The contractor performing the soil borings is Intertek.
During this operation, traffic may be limited to one lane, and will be regulated by flaggers. Motorists are reminded to abide by traffic control signs and devices, as well as obey flaggers, and be aware of ongoing construction activities. Alternate routes should be planned to avoid construction activities whenever possible.
