Aspirus offers free health program to kickstart 2025

Aspirus Divine Savior Hospital and Clinic in Portage, Wisconsin, is offering a program aimed at promoting health and wellness for the new year. The event, titled "New Year - Healthier You: How to Be Your Healthiest in 2025," is designed to guide participants through steps to improve their health.

The program will feature a primary care panel discussion led by healthcare professionals Dr. Susan Kreckman, Sarah Halfmann APNP, Cody Burnet APNP, and Payton Liegel APNP. They will discuss the importance of preventative screenings and advise on which ones should be prioritized.

Dietitian Emily Kraemer will provide nutrition insights with practical tips for making healthier food choices without compromising taste. Sidney Renik from LaVita Fitness Center will offer advice on creating personalized workout plans suitable for various fitness levels.

The event is scheduled for Thursday, January 23, 2025, from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., at Aspirus Divine Savior Hospital's Conference Room A. It is free to attend, but registration is requested. Attendees who register in advance can receive a one-week complimentary pass to LaVita Fitness Center and sign up for a complimentary body fat analysis.
