Voting irregularities in Wisconsin highlighted by Trump campaign; Recall vowed

Htrump

Trump campaign manager Bill Stepien is calling for a recount in Wisconsin given, reports of irregularities.

“The President is well within the threshold to request a recount and we will immediately do so,” Stepien said in a statement.

The opponents are separated by little over 20,000 votes currently.

According to the Associated Press, Joe Biden is leading the state with 49.6% (1,630,396) of the vote to President Trump’s 48.9% (1,609,879).

“Despite ridiculous public polling used as a voter-suppression tactic, Wisconsin has been a razor-thin race as we always knew that it would be,” Stepien said. “There have been reports of irregularities in several Wisconsin counties, which raise serious doubts about the validity of the results.”

A formal recount can only be triggered after votes are registered by the Wisconsin Elections Commission.
