The Trump campaign has filed a lawsuit to challenge the vote in Wisconsin.
The latest lawsuit alleges that absentee ballots were mishandled and that Gov. Tony Evers declared the election too early.
The campaign noted absentee ballots would be handled differently than regular ballots due to the process allegedly being more open to fraud.
“In both Dane and Milwaukee Counties, the canvassing boards found that the clerks receipt of form EL122 was sufficient to satisfy statutory written application requirement,” the lawsuit states.
However, the Trump campaign said those ballots should be thrown out due to error.
When the final vote was certified on Monday, Joe Biden led Donald Trump by a margin of 20,682 votes.
Some have questioned whether Wisconsin election officials had broken the law when they told clerks to resolve absentee ballots received before Election Day that had missing address information.
In Dane and Milwaukee counties, voting irregularities were reported.
A patient in a nursing home in Dane County disputed her vote. In another instance, a poll watcher claimed they were disallowed from viewing ballot tabulations after informing election officials that they were Republican.
