Adams-Friendship Area School District issued the following announcement on June 4.
Attention #WeAreAdamsFriendship students looking to obtain a summer work permit! Work permits can be obtained through the High School Student Services Office and are required for students under the age of 16.
You must bring the following items with you:
1.) Letter from Employer - must state job title, duties, and start date
2.) Permission/Letter from Parent/Guardian
3.)Social Security Card
4.)Birth Certificate
5.) $10 cash or check only
