Windsor median home prices fell by 3.5% in March 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2022 in Windsor fell by $12,500 while total sales decreased by 35.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2022, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $340,000 - a 3.5% decrease over the $352,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Windsor in March 2021.

The median sales tax in Windsor for the most recent year with available data, 2020, was $5,636, approximately 1.7% of the median home sale price for March 2022.
