On November 20, 2024, Rep. Gwen Moore extended birthday wishes to the President via Twitter. She stated: "Happy Birthday, Mr. President! @POTUS has been a historic leader, and I am so proud of all we have accomplished."

The following day, November 21, 2024, Moore addressed legislative priorities concerning national security and tax oversight. She remarked: "Combatting terrorism and ensuring proper oversight of tax benefits should be bipartisan priorities. However, without the opportunity to debate and address well-founded concerns over certain provisions upon its reconsideration in the House, I voted NO on HR 9495."

Later that same day, she commented on judicial appointments under former President Trump’s administration: "It would be wonderful if the next pick doesn’t have sexual assault allegations or was in any way qualified and independent, but it’s Trump so no one should hold their breath that he won’t treat the DOJ as his personal law firm and grievance machine."
