The Aspirus Office of Medical Education (OME) has announced Dr. Whitney Sinclair as the recipient of this year's Mission Award. This recognition, now in its sixth year, honors the contributions and collaboration of Aspirus Health Physicians and Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs) who serve as clinical educators for medical students and APC students.
Dr. Sinclair is an emergency medicine physician at the Aspirus Stevens Point Hospital Emergency Department. Her dedication to training advanced practice and medical students is acknowledged as essential for promoting health, healing individuals, and strengthening communities.
A physician student expressed admiration for Dr. Sinclair by stating, “Dr. Sinclair is the definition of a team player. She will do anything to help fellow colleagues and teach students. Dr. Sinclair is extremely knowledgeable, always positive, and provides wonderful care to her patients. No person is more willing and wanting to help students learn.”
