Aspirus Iron River Clinic has announced the addition of Amber Heuss, a certified nurse practitioner, to its team. Heuss specializes in comprehensive and preventive care for families, focusing on long-term health and wellness.
Heuss holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and a Master of Science in Nursing from UW Milwaukee in Wisconsin. Her certifications include Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, and Basic Life Support. She is board-certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
Having previously worked as a nurse practitioner at Aspirus Eagle River, Heuss is well-acquainted with the Iron River community. "I’m excited to contribute to the health and well-being of residents in the Upper Peninsula. With a strong focus on managing chronic conditions, women's health, mental health, and preventive care, I am dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care for all,” said Heuss.
