The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (DATCP) has certified the 2024 election results for the Wisconsin Corn Promotion Board (WCPB). Starting February 1, 2025, newly elected members began their three-year terms.

Cal Dalton from Endeavor was elected in District 4, which includes Adams, Columbia, Juneau, Marquette, Monroe, and Waushara counties. Whilden R. Hughes from Janesville was elected in District 9, covering Green and Rock counties.

The WCPB is made up of nine producers representing nine districts across Wisconsin. The board manages around $1.9 million collected in assessment fees from corn growers in the state. These funds are allocated to support research, education, and promotion efforts related to Wisconsin-grown corn.

DATCP is responsible for administering elections for all commodity marketing boards within the state.
