A winning $50,000 Powerball ticket was sold at West Side Mobil in Stevens Point, Wisconsin, for the drawing held on Wednesday, March 26, 2025. The ticket matched four of five numbers and the Powerball, according to the details provided by Powerball.com.

For the same Wednesday drawing, there were a total of 12 tickets across the United States that also claimed $50,000 or more. Powerball provides players with nine prize levels, and in Wisconsin alone, 6,681 tickets won prizes ranging from $4 to $50,000.

The upcoming Saturday Powerball drawing has an estimated jackpot of $515 million. West Side Mobil has a history of selling winning tickets, having previously sold a winning $200,000 scratch ticket in the past year.

Wisconsin Lottery retailers benefit from selling winning tickets over $599 through a two-percent Retailer Performance Winning Ticket Incentive, capped at $100,000.

Winners have 180 days from the draw date to claim their prizes. Instructions on claiming prizes can be found at wilottery.com. The Lottery's mobile app, available on both the App Store and Google Play, allows players to verify if their tickets are winners.

Powerball drawings take place on Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday at 9:59 p.m., and tickets must be purchased before 9:00 p.m. to be eligible. A Powerball ticket costs $2 per play, with an option to add the Power Play feature for another $1.

The chances of winning the Powerball jackpot stand at 1 in 292,201,338, while the odds of securing a $50,000 prize are 1 in 913,130. For a $4 prize, the odds vary between 1 in 92 or 1 in 32, based on the individual play.
