Aspirus expands orthopedic surgery services with new clinic days in Woodruff

Aspirus Northland Orthopedics is expanding its orthopedic surgical services to the Aspirus Woodruff Clinic – Maple Street, located at Howard Young Medical Center in Woodruff, Wisconsin. This move aims to improve access to orthopedic care for residents in the Northwoods region.

Dr. Jeffrey Meincke-Reza, a board-certified orthopedic surgeon currently based at Aspirus Northland Orthopedics in Rhinelander, will see patients at the Woodruff Clinic every other Thursday. Dr. Meincke-Reza holds a medical degree from the University of Iowa College of Medicine and completed his surgical residency at the University of Illinois – Chicago and an orthopedic residency at the University of Texas – San Antonio.

Dr. Meincke-Reza provides a range of orthopedic surgical services including treatment for hip and knee arthritis, joint replacement, tendonitis, knee arthroscopy, carpal tunnel syndrome, among others.

“I’m excited to begin seeing patients and providing outreach at Aspirus Woodruff Clinic,” said Dr. Meincke-Reza. “This allows patients to access specialized orthopedic surgical care close to home—without the need for extensive travel.”

Aspirus Northland Orthopedics offers diagnosis and treatment for various bone and joint conditions affecting people from toddlers through older adults. Services cover both surgical and non-surgical treatments for conditions related to the ankle, elbow, foot, hand, hip, knee, shoulder, and wrist as well as osteoarthritis care, trauma management for bones and joints, sports injuries treatment, joint revisions procedures and complex fracture care.

Dr. Meincke-Reza stated that he looks forward to working with local patients in Woodruff by providing high-quality orthopedic care within their own community.
