Waupaca Family Practice has announced the addition of Sam Markert, NP-C, to its care team. Markert is now seeing patients at the clinic located at 190 Grand Seasons Drive in Waupaca.

Markert is a certified Nurse Practitioner who offers primary care services for patients of all ages. He emphasizes building ongoing relationships with patients and families, focusing on preventative care, managing chronic diseases, and supporting overall wellness.

A Wisconsin native, Markert received his Master's Degree from Concordia University. He has worked with Aspirus for two years and previously practiced at Amherst Clinic, where he gained experience in family medicine. According to the clinic, he is committed to ensuring that patients feel heard and supported throughout their lives.

Outside of work, Markert spends time outdoors, stays active, and participates in community activities.
