If you’re looking to get your first job, want a summertime gig, or if you’d like to work someplace fun, Noah’s Ark Waterpark in Wisconsin Dells might be a place to start.

Now is a good time to jump at the chance because the park offers perks and benefits to the new hires and existing employees, many in the name of improving team work and morale.

The park offers professional growth opportunities.

"Noah’s Ark is more than just a job; it becomes a fulfilling career for many people, myself included,” Heather Wagner, human resources manager at Noah’s Ark, told Fox6.

Also, there are get-togethers to improve bonding among the employees.

“We host team member events like movie nights, volleyball tournaments and after-hours dance parties in the park to build relationships and create a one-of-a-kind atmosphere you won’t soon forget,” Wagner said.

With a variety of positions — including those in the food industry, admissions, grounds, maintenance or retail — there is something for everyone.

Besides the team-building perks Wagner mentioned, seasonal employees can use an on-site dormitory.

The park hosted an on-site job fair Saturday (March 19). People can apply online at noahsarkwaterpark.com/jobs.
