Nearly two dozen manufacturers in Wisconsin have been named finalists for the 36th Annual Manufacturer of the Year (MOTY) Awards. The program, sponsored by Baker Tilly, Michael Best & Friedrich LLP, and Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce (WMC), honors manufacturers across various sectors and sizes for their contributions to innovation, philanthropy, technological advancements, customer satisfaction, and job creation.
The awards aim to highlight manufacturing as a leading industry in Wisconsin, employing one in six workers and generating nearly $72 billion annually. The finalists reflect the diversity and influence of the state's manufacturing sector.
Four Grand Award winners will be chosen from categories based on company size: Small (1-99 employees), Medium (100-249 employees), Large (250-499 employees), and Mega (500+ employees). Additionally, a Special Award may be given to a company excelling in a particular area.
The event partners will announce the winners at a black-tie ceremony on February 20 at the Pfister Hotel in Milwaukee. More details are available at www.wimoty.com.
