Aspirus Health is set to host a Community Education Program in Medford on March 31 at 4 p.m. The session, titled "Menopause Facts and Options," aims to offer insights into menopause, its symptoms, and available treatment options. The topics of discussion will include expectations during menopause, common symptoms and their impact on daily life, prescription treatments, and alternative approaches such as lifestyle changes and holistic remedies.
