For the eighth time this March, a winning Badger 5 jackpot ticket has been sold in Wisconsin. On Sunday, a $109,998 jackpot was divided among three tickets purchased at different locations for the March 23, 2025 drawing. The winning tickets were bought at Kwik Trip on W. Ryan Rd. in Oak Creek, Forest Function BP on Hwy 57 in Forest Junction, and another Kwik Trip on Ridgeview Rd. in Mount Horeb. Each ticket is valued at $36,666.

"This is so cool for our store and the community," said Chris, an assistant store leader for the Mount Horeb Kwik Trip. "We are all very excited."

These winning tickets are notable as they represent the largest jackpots sold by both the Mount Horeb Kwik Trip and Forest Function BP locations over the past eight years. For Oak Creek's Kwik Trip, this marks its third-largest ticket since 2017; previously it sold winning tickets worth $70,000 (Badger 5) and $50,000 (Powerball).

In 2025 alone, there have been 21 winning Badger 5 jackpot draws with six jackpots surpassing $100,000.

Wisconsin Lottery retailers who sell tickets with winnings over $599 receive a two percent Retailer Performance Winning Ticket Incentive, capped at $100,000.

Winners have up to 180 days from the draw date to claim their prizes. Information about claiming prizes can be found on wilottery.com. Players can also verify their tickets using the Lottery's mobile app available on both the App Store and Google Play.

The Badger 5 Lotto game is drawn daily after 9 p.m., with tickets needing to be purchased before then to qualify for that day's drawing. The odds of hitting the Badger 5 jackpot stand at 1:169,911 while winning a $50,000 Powerball prize carries odds of 1:913,130.
